A hold of $45.08 will be placed on your credit card on booking the 1st and 3rd Appointments. This will be released once the consultation is complete and bulk billed instead.
The fee of $250 will be processed at the time of booking for the 2nd Appointment. A transaction fee of 1.9% + $0.35 applies.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 2hrs notice, or fail to attend your appointment, the full amount of fees placed on hold or paid at the time of booking will be charged.
If you cancel the 2nd Appointment with sufficient notice, you will be refunded $125 less transaction fees.
